Big News: The Official “As I Lay Dying” Trailer has come out, directed by our very own, James Franco! It has gotten off to a fantastic start, as it was selected to premiere at the most prestigious film festival in the world, Cannes.
Really can’t wait to see this…I hope it comes to TIFF 2013

Just because one is vegan doesn’t mean that they want to play folkie acoustic guitar music and write songs about butterflies and rainbows. Sorry, but whenever I do a search for vegan rock bands, that is all I can find. There is nothing wrong with softer more folkie music. I LOVE ALL TYPES OF MUSIC. I just wonder where all the harder rocking vegan or at least vegetarian/animal rights bands are. Thank god for Rise Against and Anti Flag and Dead Prez. To me, being vegan, is a politcal statement. All animals should be free from our capitalist exploiting system. VEGANISM means ANIMAL LIBERATION and HUMAN LIBERATION and of course EARTH LIBERATION.
Message me if you know some harder rock/punk vegan bands in the Greater Toronto Area. I am trying to set up a vegan benefit show for the summer.

Spring Breakers is officially opening in Toronto tomorrow!! Go see it if you haven’t already. Saw it at TIFF and it was a fucked up masterpiece. James was absolutely amazing in it. I am going to see it again for sure. Spring Break y’all!!
